Best Buddies x Pageant of Hope Pop Up

Jena has been involved with Best Buddies since competing at Miss Teen USA in 2007. The mission of their organization closely resembles what we encourage and teach through the pageant, which is the importance of inclusion. She was selected to be the honorary chair for the Best Buddies Champion of the Year Gala, and on top of that they asked her to hold a mini pop-up pageant at the event. We had some familiar faces as well as new ones. The kids loved proudly walking across the stage in front of an audience 300 people! We raised $170,000 to help open up new Best Buddies chapters as well as donations towards Hurricane Ian relief efforts.
