Day of Pageant

Throughout the pageant day the HBBQs treat participants, both boys and girls to an afternoon of pampering which includes:

• Manicures

• Makeup

• Nails

• Hair accessories

• Walk and wave

• Fun interview session

After each contestant is stage ready, each child has the opportunity to walk across the stage in the "spotlight" in front of their friends and relatives looking his or her best and feeling like a million dollars. The day ends with every participant being crowned a winner and they all receive a special title such as Miss Unique, Best Dressed, Mister Charming, Most Confident, etc. with a crown and sash to top it all off. Along with life long friendships, two lucky contests receive the title of Prince of Hope and Princess of Hope.

These two contestants receive this honor because the judges saw a special sparkle in their smile, that shows they’re ready to celebrate their inner beauty. Once all contestants are crowned and the pageant day is over, the HBBQs and contestants leave with so more more than they entered with. They all leave with a heart full of friendships and a smile of empowerment.
